1. Cancellation of order before delivery (right of withdrawal before delivery)

The Customer has the right to cancel the order, ie to cancel the buy and sell transaction before receiving the purchased products. In this case, the Customer will send a cancellation request to info@ilianas.com. Ilianas.com will accept the cancellation and refund the price to the customer (if the product / products are paid) only if the (purchased) product / (purchased) products have not been delivered to the courier company for delivery to the Customer . The refund will be made by credit of the credit card used to make the payment or credit of the Paypal account used. If the products have already been delivered to the sender, then the cancellation will be considered a return of the products under the following terms.

  1. Change of products after delivery

If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, the Customer will be notified by e-mail electronically to proceed to a new payment process (to pay the difference). Payment can be made

a) cash on delivery to the courier that will bring you the new product

b) via credit / debit / paypal (an e-mail will be sent to you with a link to the payment site of this website).

If the new product has a lower price than the returned product, there is no refund or set-off with the shipping charges.

a. Receipt

For each product for which a change is requested, the Customer must include proof of purchase upon dispatch.

b. Deadline for product change

The product must be returned within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.

c. Change costs

Shipping and delivery charges are charged to the Customer and are total 7,5 € (2,5 Euro from Customer to US + 2,5 Euros from us to Customer + 2,5 Euro Invoice Fee). If the change is made via ACS Courier, the parcel for return is made with RECEIVER CHARGE and the payment is made upon receipt of the new product. In the event that the Customer wishes to use another courier company, the shipping costs shall be borne solely by the Customer.

d. Change packaging

The Customer is responsible for packaging the returned product. The package should ensure that the product is perfectly transported (special airframe and FLEXIBLE) so we can get it in its original condition. The product must be in its original packaging (case, pant, etc.) along with the guards and tabs, if any. If a product reaches us with any wear or incomplete packaging (torn shields, removed tabs etc.) it will not be possible to change it. In this case the product will be returned to the Customer at his own expense.

e. Shipping address

The shipment of the products to be shipped should be made at the address indicated on the proof of purchase.

f. Conditions for changing products

If any of the above conditions are not met, ilianas.com is entitled either to (a) consider that the right to change was not valid and thus not to accept the change of the product; or (b) (especially in the case of products not returned, intact, worn or used) to accept the change and at the same time claim compensation from the Customer at the value of the defects of the returned product.

  1. Post-delivery Returns (Post-delivery Withdrawal)

If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase he has made, he is further entitled to return the product he purchases and claim reimbursement of the price paid. as provided by Greek consumer protection law (right to withdraw from a sale). In this case, the Customer will send a message via e-mail to info@ilianas.com requesting the return of the product for return to the paid price.

If any of the above conditions are not fulfilled, ilianas.com is entitled either to (a) assume that the replacement right has not been validly exercised and therefore to refuse to substitute the product; or (b) (especially in the case of non- returned intact, worn or used) to accept the replacement and at the same time claim compensation from the Customer for the value of the defects of the returned product.
